The fingerprint ID function will only work when you first open the app. If the app is open, in the background and you used your fingerprint last time to open it, it will not work making you manually enter you password again. You must force close the app for you to be able to use fingerprint ID.

I cant login to my account whats wrong with this

Overall its fine, but with the latest update the available balance isnt accurate! It always reads $0 when that isnt the case, which is the number one feature I use the app. Please update!!

What was wrong with the old App?? I do not like this one at all. Please bring back the old App...I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Thanks for the amazing app. Can you please add a widget that shows the nearby offers? It will help checking out whats available around you without logging into the app. Thanks.

Cant login to app as of a few updates ago. Called Amex twice and they gave ticket numbers and were supposed to call re fix. Never heard back and still cant login to app. Login works fine on computer but not app. Miss it. Was glad to see that I wasnt the only one; thought it was just me!

Today I swiped my card to purchase gas. Before I started to pump gas, the app posted a$100 charge. I only pumped $30.00 worth of gas. I called Amex to confirm only $30 was charged to my card.

I keep getting an error that says they are experiencing technical difficulties at this time.

Few apps seem to live up to their billing. The AMEX app works perfectly. Pay your bill, check your balance, check a charge, or access your member points, all of it just simply works.

Im not a technical person and I hate to follow all the credit cards/ bills to pay on an app. But this one is definitely my favorite. Easy, intuitive and efficient!

This has been a great and convenient app. It has functions that allow me to easily take care of all my needs. I love being able to pull up the electronic gift cards as well that I receive through points awards.

The App is very confusing. Hard to get any explanation of your recent trAnsactions.
